Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how Myoozz Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“MYOOZZ”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India.

What data we collect

  • Information you submit via our contact form — name, email, phone number, company.
  • Anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, referrer, device, broad geography.
  • We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or government IDs through this website.

How we use it

  • Responding to inquiries and pitch requests.
  • Delivering services agreed under a formal engagement contract.
  • Improving the website experience through aggregated analytics.

Where data is stored

We prefer India-based servers for primary data storage. Analytics data is processed by Google as a sub-processor under their standard terms. We do not transfer personal data outside India for purposes other than analytics.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correct — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erase — ask us to delete your personal data, subject to retention obligations.
  • Right to nominate — designate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
  • Right to grievance redressal — raise concerns with us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

Data retention

  • Contact form submissions — retained for up to 3 years from the last interaction.
  • Analytics data — retained per the GA4 default retention setting.
  • Engagement records — retained per statutory requirements (typically 7 years for financial records).

No sale of personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party. Ever.

Contact for data requests

For any privacy-related request, write to hello@themyoozz.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the DPDP Act.

Terms of Use.

Use of this website is governed by the following terms. By accessing themyoozz.com, you agree to these terms.

Ownership of content

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and structure — is the intellectual property of Myoozz Consulting Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. No reproduction, republication, or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission.

Services described

Service descriptions on this site are indicative. The actual scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials of any engagement are governed solely by a formal written agreement executed between MYOOZZ and the client. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and available, but provide it “as is” without warranty of any kind. MYOOZZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or its content is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Cookie Policy.

We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage to keep this site functional and to understand how people use it.

Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (session, security). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 cookies that help us understand traffic patterns. These load only after user consent, in line with the DPDP Act 2023.

How to disable cookies

You can disable or delete cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on functionality.

localStorage

We may use browser localStorage to remember small preferences (for example, cookie banner dismissal). localStorage is not a cookie and is not transmitted to our servers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy.

MYOOZZ delivers services on a project basis. There are no automated transactions on this website — every engagement is governed by a signed contract.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation, scope-change, and termination terms are defined per engagement in the relevant Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement. Notice periods, kill-fees, and pro-rated billing follow that contract.

Advance payments

Advance payments made under a contract are refundable only to the extent stated in that contract. Refund eligibility typically depends on the stage of work completed and any committed third-party costs already incurred on the client’s behalf.

Dispute resolution

  • Step 1 — Raise the matter in writing to hello@themyoozz.com. We respond within 7 business days.
  • Step 2 — If unresolved, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation between authorised representatives.
  • Step 3 — If still unresolved, the matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

All settlements are manual and documented. There are no automated refunds processed via this website.
